Tapping into more than 3M global internet sources across 12 languages, the client creates actionable insights for asset managers, banks, pension funds, payments service providers, and corporate globally.

The client required Data Analysis and Categorization of various news articles. For this, they wanted data analysis outsourcing partner that can quickly do article data analysis and provide an accurate outcome as quickly as possible.

Since the client was quite particular about the work accuracy and fast delivery, we formed a team of 9 analysis and categorization experts, along with a team leader and project coordinator.
Process
• The client shares the list of companies and news articles links through a google spreadsheet.
• Using the article link, the experts give the articles a thorough read for proper analysis and categorization.
• The articles are authenticated and corrected regarding headquarters corporate links, Wikipedia page, alternative names, abbreviation, disambiguation (if theres a
same company under similar name). If the articles aren t relevant, then the google spreadsheet is updated accordingly.
• The google spreadsheet was supervised by a quality analyst and the client simultaneously. If client spots an error or suggest a change, it is rectified on the spot.
Challenges
• We had a team of adaptable experts who could handle pressure along with massive workvolume and extremely shorter turnaround times. The team extended working hours, worked on weekends to provide the satisfying outcome.
• Often the number of articles ranged from 1000 to 5000 articles and the client will request the categorisation to be done within a really short turnaround time. we have also delivered 10 to 12,000 articles categorisation within 72 hours.
• The categorisation was bit of a challenge as the one article could be categorised under various categories which made it difficult to list it under one single category.
Work volume, Quality, Accuracy,flexibility & Turnaround
The experts have delivered the categorisation of 24,000 articles (News articles) and 3,000 articles (Company information) so far. Our estimated accuracy level was 98%. We ve submitted the work within client determined deadlines.
Conclusion
The project demonstrated our skill in executing intense and complex project requests. We were also able to showcase the skills in handling large volume assignments within a quick turnaround time. We secured another partnership with a valued client and was happy to showcase our data analysis skills on a unique project.
