The client provides forensic genealogy search services to legal and trust professionals to meet their fiduciary responsibilities in matters of state, trust, notice, and property. The client provides legal solutions to some of the largest probate and estate planning law firms, financial institutions, private companies and governmental agencies in North America.

Requirements & Specifications

The client depends majorly on their sales team to reach out to the target market. The team can do the job more effectively if they have an online database on hand. The data has to be properly gathered, verified and entered into CRM software. Hence client needed an offshore data management partner who can provide data collection services and lead generation services.

Process

Long Notice Generation

  • The experts access the client provided link and begin a keyword search to find and download the required legal notices that provides complete details of the lawyers.
  • Using the keyword, the experts begin to locate the attorney on the CRM software. If the keyword is unable to find the required details, then the search begins by the attorney name.
  • After finding the lawyer details, the details are checked and verified.
  • After verification, the lead generation begins. Verified attorney details are added to the software.

Generation of Notice with Lead

  • From the link provided by the client, the experts get access to all the legal notices.
  • A specific search is conducted using keywords such as Probate, Estate of, and Notice to Creditor.
  • Using the keyword Estate of, the experts perform attorney research in the CRM software
  • If the experts find the attorney in the software, then lead generation is not required. However, if the details aren t found then the experts begin the lead generation process.
  • For lead generation, the experts begin web research using the lawyer s name. Once the lawyer is located and the details are verified, the experts begin to fill in the details such as name, suffix, professional position (working for a company or an independent lawyer), contact details and address. The experts verify the details in the software.
  • There isn’t a mention of quality checks as the client was able to check the details and project development online.
